Specialising In Chronic Stress & Burnout

Therapy Tailored To Your Needs

Is 'Stress' Ruling Your Life?

Perhaps this sounds familiar?

  • You wake up in the morning feeling exhausted before you’ve even started the day.

  • You have no energy or enthusiasm left for anything you used to enjoy.

  • You find yourself arguing more with loved ones and not having time for them.

  • You move from attacks of anxiety to mindlessly numbing out via endless scrolling, online shopping, overworking, oversleeping, drinking or using food.

  • You’ve turned into the world’s top procrastinator; you are putting off simple tasks.

When unmanaged stress becomes chronic, it can lead to Burnout, impacting your relationships, work, and overall quality of life.

This can make it hard to:

  • Recognise what stress is telling you- e.g.; you have a need(s) which are going unmet.

  • Fully accept the impact it is having on you and your quality of life.

  • Ask for support.

The good news is it doesn’t have to be that way. As an Integrative therapist, I can work with you to find an effective approach for managing life's stressors using a combination of therapeutic and evidence-based modalities bespoke to you and your circumstances.

If you're ready to take action and get back in the driving seat, then let's work together so you no longer have to feel ruled by stress and limited in your life.

Rediscover Your Sense Of Agency

What is Integrative Therapy?

Starting therapy can be overwhelming, and with all of the different types out there, choosing the right modality of therapy for YOU can be more than a little confusing.

Have you ever found yourself Googling therapy terms in an attempt to self-diagnose or work out what you need? Have you read every Self-help book, listened to every podcast and watched all the online videos, just to find yourself going around in circles?

Therapy isn’t a one-size-fits-all process and trying to fit yourself into a box based on an online quiz or a news article probably isn’t going to work

Integrative psychotherapy cuts through all the noise.

It enables you to design your own roadmap and gets you to the heart of what you need, offering a flexible and inclusive approach incorporating multiple evidence-based modalities bespoke to your needs, and is proven to be effective.

We All Have A Story...

Did you know that half of the stories we tell ourselves are incorrect? They are based on our beliefs rather than facts, and our beliefs create our perception which shapes our lives.

I combine my experience as a level 7 BACP registered Integrative psychotherapist with my training in somatic practice so that we can update the stories your mind and body are holding, meaning you no longer have to play out outdated stories that are keeping you stuck in chronic stress.

You can’t eliminate all of life's stressors, but you can change how you relate to them. I can support you to manage stress more effectively and navigate life from a more conscious place. To learn more about the therapy modalities I use and my qualifications click below.

What Others Have Said...

"I was feeling overwhelmed and couldn’t see how things could improve for me. Chantal worked with me bit by bit to rediscover a sense of safety within my body and I was even able to come of my migraine medication."

"Working with Chantal helped me uncover what was beneath the patterns of anger and severe procrastination I’d been experiencing since becoming a new mother a few years ago."
