Hi, I'm Chantal,

I'm an integrative psychotherapist and I specialise in the mind-body connection.

My approach guides you from being stressed out and overwhelmed, through to discovering deeper self-acceptance, renewed self-confidence and restored vitality and wellness.

My approach is integrative and compassion focused. It blends psychotherapy with neuroscience and Somatic practices, into a holistic experience to meet your individual needs.

Somatic therapy creates opportunity for you to establish your own sense of inner safety. This enables you to expand your capacity to explore your inner world and experiences, and develop a deeper more compassionate understanding of yourself.
