Working together
The first therapy session is an opportunity to know more about you, your needs and goals. From there we develop a personalised roadmap that will help you overcome the challenges that brought you to therapy, and promote positive change.
It may be that you have things you want to share with me straight away, and at the same time it might seem daunting to begin talking, I understand this. As always we take things at your pace and we can adapt approaches to meet your needs and circumstances.
Whilst traditional psychotherapy is often associated with 'sitting and talking', I do things a bit differently by blending psychotherapy with somatic practice, inviting you to try different holistic approaches, should this feel right for you.
My ultimate goal is to help you change how you relate to life's stressors and support your return to mental and physical health and wellness.
